Dishes2U is excited to announce the addition of Stratta Kitchen to our team of restaurant partners. As with many restauranteurs, founder Chef Alex Stratta has an impressive story that lends to the success of Stratta Kitchen.

Chef Alex Stratta was recognized as one of “America’s Ten Best New Chefs” by Food & Wine Magazine and won the James Beard Foundation’s “Best Chef: Southwest” Award. Intrigued by the fine dining scene emerging in Las Vegas, Stratta left to create Renoir at The Mirage, before moving to open the Alex at the Wynn Las Vegas, which earned an impressive Michelin 2-Star recognition, as well as several Forbes Mobil 5-star and AAA Five Diamond Awards.

Most recently, Stratta moved back to Scottsdale to open his own standalone restaurant inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, Stratta Kitchen. He’s well-known around the Valley, thanks to his time at Mary Elaine’s at The Phoenician. Stratta Kitchen serves up a fresh, seasonal Mediterranean fare in a casual counter-service setting.
