Vendor Spotlight: Tropical Smoothie Café

This month we are spotlighting one of our newest vendors: Tropical Smoothie Café. Since the beginning of this school year, they’ve been an amazing addition to our school lunch program, offering healthy and delicious high protein lunch options that provide the boost of energy that students need.

Since 1997 Tropical Smoothie Café has expanded from their single location in Florida to more than 1500+ locations in the US. They’ve been committed to giving their consumers healthier food options that make them happy, while satisfying the taste of their health-conscious guests. They offer fresh made-to-order smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, and flatbreads – a menu inspired by the good vibes of the tropics as their store was born on the beach. Some of their popular menu items include their smoothies like the Mango Majic and Jetty Punch, and their food such as the Cheese Dilla and Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread.

This was Tropical Smoothie Café’s first year partnering with Dishes2u and we’ve loved working with them to serve well-balanced, tasty lunches that the kids get excited to eat. Be sure to give them a try if you haven’t already and let us know what you think!
