Dishes2U Launches Customer Satisfaction Survey to Improve Service

Listening to customers has always been important to us. Our #1 priority is to exceed the expectations of our customers each and every day. To make sure we’re doing that, Dishes2U recently launched a customer satisfaction survey.

What’s the survey about?

We know that our customers are really busy, but in order for us to be the very best that we can be and provide exemplary to our customers each and every time, we thought it was time to reach out and get some feedback. The short survey is only 9 questions long (that’s it!) and in it, we ask for feedback about how long customers have been with us, how often they order, and how they rate the value of our service for the money spent, among other questions. We want honest feedback!

What are you going to do with the results?

We’re always looking for ways to improve our services, and the best way to know what our customers think about us and our lunch delivery service is to ask! Based on the responses we get, we’ll be able to determine what people like about our service, where we can improve, and even get more specific feedback on the lunch menu items we’re offering now, and what people want to see more of. All of this feedback will help Dishes2U serve our customer better.

How can I get access to the survey?

A link will be sent to every customer in our system in our upcoming newsletter. If you don’t receive a link to the survey by the end of December and you’re a customer of Dishes2U, please contact us directly and we’ll get the survey out to you. We look forward to hearing everyone’s response!
